Mind Power Safety will introduce a unique way of thinking about self-defense. When you think about self-defense, everyone thinks about a two to four hour class where a person teaching the class is trained in martial arts or law enforcement. What these instructors cover in a classroom or seminar is very important, however if a person does not have the correct mindset or mental preparation, no physical reaction to a threat will have a successful result.
Instead of focusing on the physical reaction to a threat, Mind Power Safety will talk about unlocking your own mental defense and how to become more proactive instead of reactive. The goal is to be prepared and aware of your own surroundings and to not put yourself in a dangerous situation. Through awareness a person can take charge of their own safety by applying simple thoughts to their everyday actions. We need to build confidence in each person so they can unlock their inner warrior and keep themselves and their families safe.
